By placing an order or using FixMalware.com you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
FixMalware provides website malware removal, security cleanup, and associated advisory services. The specific scope of each service is described on our service pages and in your order confirmation email.
To perform the cleanup, you grant us temporary access to your website files and/or database via FTP/SFTP or hosting control panel. This access is used solely for malware removal. We recommend creating a temporary account and revoking access after work is completed. We are not responsible for any issues arising from failure to revoke credentials after service delivery.
Removal guarantee: We guarantee complete removal of all detected malware. If we are unable to clean your site we will issue a full refund.
30-day re-infection guarantee: If the same infection returns within 30 days of our cleanup and results from the same original vulnerability we identified, we will clean it again at no charge. This guarantee does not apply if: (a) you have not followed our post-cleanup security recommendations, (b) new vulnerabilities were introduced after our cleanup, (c) you have not updated the software we flagged as vulnerable, or (d) you have provided incomplete or inaccurate information about your site.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service order. We are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, data loss (you are responsible for backups), lost business or revenue, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions not related to malware.
We make reasonable efforts to preserve your site's functionality during cleanup but cannot guarantee that all third-party plugins, themes, or customisations will be unaffected. We will notify you before making any changes to core functionality.
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at time of order. We accept PayPal and Stripe (major credit/debit cards). Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order prices are locked.

You may not use our services for any website that hosts illegal content, promotes violence, or violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
All content on FixMalware.com (text, design, code) is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
